Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use health insurance for my membership?

We do not accept insurance for membership fees. Your membership is the perfect add-on service to your insurance plan to ensure that you have top-tier primary care. Most members are able to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for membership fees.

Do I need health insurance?

Health Insurance is not required to become a member, but we recommend that you have insurance coverage to access to care outside of our office. For instance, if you need to see a specialist or have surgery, insurance is helpful to have.

Do You Only See Black Women?

We see any patient over age 12 regardless of gender, race or background! We specialize in the care of Black Women, but we take care of all members of our community, including men.

Do You Offer Lab Work? Medications?

We offer lab work conveniently on site at the office. Every member will receive labs included with their annual exam. Additional labs can be done for cash-based pricing at the best prices for labs.

We offer limited medications on site at the office. However, we can send the prescriptions you need to the pharmacy of your choice.

What if I need more visits?

Should you need additional visits, you can upgrade to the Sol Elite plan, or you can add more visits for only $99! Remember you will still have access to unlimited telehealth visits.

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.
